To provide efficient andwell controlled operational support for Bonds and Repo activitiesin Global Market and ALMT metier The position is highly criticaland has heavy interactions with sales/trading and clients in APAC.Team coverage starts in the APAC timezone. Team should haveappropriate shift to ensure sufficient coverage. Responsible tomanage Bond Trade Support team Responsible to develop people in theorganization and manage the team with strong leadership. Positionis fully accountable Bond Trade Support.

DirectResponsibilities

Bring Directcontribution to companys operational permanent controlframework

Minimize operational failureincluding but not exclusively the risk of fraud by helping todevise and by implementing sufficient regular controls

Ensure appropriate escalation to management and/orpermanent control (or compliance as appropriate) as soon as anissue is identified.

Comply with internal andexternal regulatory and compliance requirements Comply with thecompanys standards of Code of Conduct

Complywith the companys IT Security policies

AntiMoney Laundering / Financial Sanctions AML/FS) related duties:Operations are an integral part of the control framework includingfor AML/FS topics. In that respect in performing your role you areexpected to ensure adherence to AML/FS related Group Policies andexecution of associated operational controls and to promptlyescalate any resulting hit for analysis and decision.

Responsible for providing direct assistance and supportto Asiabased marketers and traders in Asia Pacific in respect ofbond and repo products: following up of any trade or settlementdetails discrepancies for trades done in Asia Pacific

reconciling trades between front office preconfirmationsto external clients and deal capture systems monitoring/undertakingtrade exceptions processing ensuring prompt and accurate set up andupdate of client SSIs

assisting variousback/middle offices with general queries assisting clients queriesResponsible for collection maintenance and update of clients SSIsand confirmation details

Direct relationshipswith the front office / back office colleagues. Build and maintainstrong relationships with stakeholders across the globe in FrontBack and Middle Office Strong working and open relationship withlocal managem
