Job Title: D365 CE Technical Architect

Location: Bangalore/ Hyderabad 

Years of Exp: 8+ years 

Key Responsibilities:

- Serve as the technical authority for Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (D365 CE) solutions, overseeing the architecture and design to ensure alignment with business goals and industry best practices.

- Collaborate closely with clients and stakeholders to understand their technical requirements and translate them into robust D365 CE solutions.

- Define and document the technical architecture, including system configurations, integrations, data models, customizations, and extensions within D365 CE.

- Lead the development of complex solutions, including custom code, scripts, plugins, and extensions, to meet unique business needs.

- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to development teams, ensuring adherence to D365 CE best practices.

- Lead the evaluation and adoption of emerging D365 CE technologies, features, and tools.

- Perform system performance tuning, optimization, and troubleshooting to maintain the health and reliability of D365 CE environments.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful D365 CE implementations and integrations.

- Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in Dynamics 365 CE, keeping abreast of industry trends and best practices.

Mandatory Skills:

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in a related field.

- 8+ years of hands-on experience in designing, developing, and implementing Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (D365 CE) solutions.

- Expertise in D365 CE technical architecture, including customization, integration, and data modeling.

- Proficiency in programming languages such as C#, JavaScript, and SQL, with a focus on D365 CE development.

- Strong knowledge of D365 CE security models, web services, and API integrations.

- Experience with D365 CE plugins, workflows, and customizations.

- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.

- Effective communication and client-facing skills.

- Ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams.

Good-to-Have Skills:

- Relevant certifications in Dynamics 365 (e.g., Microsoft Certified: Dynamics 365 Customization and Configuration).

- Experience with other CRM or customer engagement platforms.

- Knowledge of cloud technologies, such as Azure.

- Familiarity with DevOps practices for D365 CE development.

- Project management experience.
