Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Operations Associate to join our team in Pune. As an Operations Associate, you will be responsible for supporting the day-to-day operations of our organization, ensuring the smooth execution of projects, and providing administrative support to the team.


Key Responsibilities:

Provide administrative support to the team, including preparing reports, presentations, and other documents as needed

Assist in coordinating and organizing meetings, events, and projects

Maintain accurate and up-to-date records and databases

Perform data entry, data analysis, and data visualization as required

Assist in troubleshooting and resolving operational issues and discrepancies

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless project execution

Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners

Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and productivity

Perform other administrative tasks as needed


Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in any discipline

1-2 years of experience in operations, administration, or a related field

Strong organizational and time management skills

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively

Strong attention to detail and analytical skills


Preferred Qualifications:

Experience with Zoho Suite (e.g., Zoho CRM, Zoho Projects) is a plus

Knowledge of project management tools and methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum)

Certification in operations, administration, or a related field
