Aboutthe RoleWe areseeking a passionate and knowledgeable Business Development Managerwith B2B sales Forex and Outward remittance experience. If you aresomeone who is proactive detail oriented and thrives in a fastpacedenvironment then this is for you. You ll work closely with adiverse group of people coming from both leading MNCs such asMcKinsey BCG KPMG Deloitte EY and startups such as Byjus Paytm etc.to establish nurture and grow business across categories &territories. Whatwill youdo:

• Achieve growth and hit sales targets by successfully managing thesales team/Associate
• Design and implement astrategic business plan that expands company s customer base andensure its strong presence
• Own recruitingobjectives setting coaching and performance monitoring of salesrepresentatives
• Build and promote stronglonglasting customer relationships by partnering with them andunderstanding their needs
• Present salesrevenue and expenses reports and realistic forecasts to themanagement team.
• Identify emerging markets andmarket shifts while being fully aware of new products andcompetitionstatus.

Whatwill youneed

• Bachelors degree with 3 to 5 years of related experience in thefinancial industry or fintech sectorspreferred
• Should have demonstrable network inthe outbound student remittance market student consultants exchangecompanies etc.
• Should have consistentlyperformed in a sales environment either in an AD2 or salesprofile.
• Proficiency in the use of MS OfficeExcel & PowerPoint experience would be anasset
• Positive attitude flexible nature aperson who would thrive in a fastpaced constantly changingenvironment.
• Ability to work flexiblehours.
• Knowledge of forex outward remittanceand the markets is desirable
• Should beanalytically strong & willingness to work in a techenvironment.
