We are looking for askilled and experienced Associate HR to manage the HR operations ofour organization. The ideal candidate should have experience inmanaging endtoend HR operations including recruitment onboardingemployee engagement performance management andcompliance.


Responsibilities:

  • AttendanceManagement:
    • Manageemployee attendance records and ensure timelyupdates.
    • Monitor employee attendanceand leave requests and ensure compliance with company policies andlabor laws.
    • Prepare attendancereports and present them to management asrequired.
  • OnboardingandInduction:
    • Planand coordinate new employee onboarding and inductionprograms.
    • Ensure the smoothtransition of new employees into theorganization.
    • Manage the completeprocess of employee documentation and datamanagement.
  • PayrollManagement:
    • Manageendtoend payroll processing for allemployees.
    • Calculate salariesbonuses and other payments and ensure timely employeepayments.
    • Ensure compliance with taxlaws and other statutoryrequirements.
    • Maintain accuratepayroll records and prepare reports asrequired.
  • EmployeeEngagement:
    • Developand implement employee engagementprograms.
    • Conduct employee surveysand analyze results to improve employee satisfaction andretention.
    • Facilitate communicationand engagement amongemployees.
  • PerformanceManagement:
    • Managethe performance management process including goal setting midyearand annual appraisals and performance improvementplans.
    • Ensure timely completion ofthe performance management process and facilitate communicationbetween managers andemployees.
  • Compliance:
    • Ensurecompliance with labor laws andregulations.
    • Maintain uptodaterecords of employee documentation and ensure that they are incompliance with legalrequirements.
    • Manage employeegrievance redressal and disciplinaryactions.


Requirements

Requirements:

  • Master/ Bachelor s degree in Human Resources or relatedfield.
  • Minimum of 12 years ofexperience in HR operations.
  • Strongknowledge of HR practices policies andprocedures.
  • Experience inrecruitment employee engagement and performancemanagement.
  • Excellent communicationinterpersonal and organizationalskills.
  • Ability to workindependently and collaboratively as part of ateam.
  • Strong attention to detail andability to manage multiplepriorities.
  • Proficient in using HRinformation systems and Microsoft Officeapplications.


Requirements: Master / Bachelor s degree in Human Resources orrelated field. Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in HR operations.Strong knowledge of HR practices, policies, and procedures.Experience in recruitment, employee engagement, and performancemanagement. Excellent communication, interpersonal, andorganizational skills. Ability to work independently andcollaboratively as part of a team. Strong attention to detail andability to manage multiple priorities. Proficient in using HRinformation systems and Microsoft Officeapplications.
