• Ensure and oversee thatall departmental machines are efficiently changedover and setup forthe scheduled products in line with procedures and productionplans.
• Drive new product introduction duringthe shift and report any nonconformities or improvements. He or shewill be expected to take the Product information and data whichwill be supplied and produce a satisfactory firstarticle customerPCB for measurement and evaluation subject to volumemanufacture.
• Responsible for identifying yieldimprovement projects and taking appropriate action to drive andachieve these improvements. He or she will be expected to usemanufacturing process tools such as SixSigma and lean manufacturingto support these improvement projects in line with the processControl parameters setup at each of the SMT manufacturinglines
