As we continue to grow, we are seeking a skilled and experienced Senior Accountant to join our team.


Responsibilities:

  1. Financial Management:
  2. Manage and oversee all aspects of accounting for Miracles Fintech.
  3. Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting.
  4. Stock Broking Company Expertise:
  5. Demonstrate expertise in stock broking company accounting practices.
  6. Handle the complexities of financial transactions related to stock trading.
  7. Tax Compliance:
  8. Proficiently handle GST (Goods and Services Tax) and TDS (Tax Deducted at Source) matters.
  9. Ensure compliance with all relevant tax regulations.
  10. Pressure Handling:
  11. Thrive in a high-pressure environment and manage workload efficiently.
  12. Meet deadlines consistently while maintaining accuracy.
  13. Profit and Loss (P&L) Management:
  14. Prepare and analyze Profit and Loss statements to provide insights into financial performance.
  15. Financial Audits:
  16. Coordinate and manage financial audits.
  17. Collaborate with auditors to ensure a smooth audit process.
  18. Documentation:
  19. Maintain accurate financial records and documentation.
  20. Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations.
  21. Team Collaboration:
  22. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather financial information.
  23. Communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders.
  24. Continuous Improvement:
  25. Identify opportunities for process improvement in the accounting function.
  26. Implement best practices to enhance efficiency.


Qualifications:

  1. Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance.
  2. Proven experience as a Senior Accountant in a stock broking company.
  3. In-depth knowledge of GST, TDS, and accounting principles.
  4. Familiarity with stock market operations and financial regulations.
  5. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  6. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  7. Ability to handle pressure and meet tight deadlines.
