Je hebt een uitgebreid netwerk en bent in staat om vlot nieuwe contacten te leggen en hebt oog voor innovaties en nieuwe trends in de bouwsector. Je kan terugvallen op enkele jaren sales ervaring of ervaring in het opzetten van een nieuwe business. Je hebt het vermogen om anderen te motiveren en te inspireren . Je slaagt erin om technische zaken op een verstaanbare manier uit te leggen Je hebt naast het Nederlands een goede kennis van het Frans en het Engels . Je hebt affiniteit of interesse in de bouwsector .
