Job Description

Candidate should have hands on experience in SAP HCM , front end processes like Organization Management & Personnel Administration Understand the requirements of the clients and provide the solution accordingly for SAP PA/OM as an End User. Build necessary controls around the process and make sure that the quality standards are met Ensure customer satisfaction . Experience in working on Oracle system would be an added advantage Tracking the requests on daily basis and make sure that the SLA is met Should have good experience in escalation management  Willing to learn new skills 

Qualifications

6-8 years of experience in SAP HCM

SAP HCM Certified will be added advantage

Graduate / Post Graduate - any stream
