Jobresponsibilities of the consultant

Prepare functional as well as business level P&L of thecompany
Assist in preparing and reporting Annual Budget
Preparation of Actual vs Budget Walk Profit Walk Forecast Reportsetc.
Assist in developing standard matrix that can be used for Businessinputs as well as showcasing and measuring performance standards
Understand and implement various analytical models that continuallyhelp in better understanding of the data and provide the businesswith deeper insights
Enableseffective understanding and reporting of key business drivers suchas yield cost product mix etc. and coordinate related activities
Provideall aspects of financial support for the planning process
Drivesprocess improvements and projects as identified
Collecting information and evidence for decision making ofmanagement
Periodic management reporting updating reporting decks &management reviews asrequired

Requirements

1. Bachelorsdegree in Finance Accounting Economics or related field. Advanceddegree (e.g. MBA CFA) is aplus.
   
2. Proven experience (X years) infinancial planning and analysis consulting or relatedfield.
   
3. Strong analytical skills withproficiency in scenario analysis and datainterpretation.
   
4. Preferredproficiency in Microsoft Excel PowerPoint and financial managementsoftware (e.g. SAP OracleHyperion).
   
5. Excellent communicationand presentation skills with the ability to translate complexfinancial concepts into clear and concise insights for nonfinancialstakeholders.
   
6. Ability to thrive in afastpaced environment prioritize tasks effectively and managemultiple projectssimultaneously.
   
7. Strong businessacumen with the ability to understand the broader strategicobjectives of the organization orclients.
   
8. Demonstrated ability towork independently as well as collaboratively withincrossfunctional teams.
   
9. Attention todetail and commitment to accuracy in financial analysis andreporting.
