BidP_Deputy Manager_BidP1/OFE-PT

As BidP1/OFE-PT responsible to enable the performance of BidP1/PT with technical assistance to implement organization's short, mid and long-term goals, perform and manage day to day tasks in a highly efficient and effective manner;

Strategic Planning:

Envisage and support location manager technical to prepare and execute the strategy for profitable growth of plant in line with PSIN strategy, deployment of strategy/targets in plant functions through policy deployment workshop. Successful alignment of location strategies with relevant stakeholders incl. RBIN

Coordination

Coordinate and collaborate with value stream range heads, business divisions, cross plants, corporate etc. and support xxx/PT to take key decisions by preparing decision matrix, LTP-M (Long term planning) coordination, resource coordination and allotment within plant. Achievement of Safety, Quality, Cost, Delivery KPIs as per Policy Deployment Target; Improvement in lean manufacturing & digitalization projects year on year

Steering Targets

Manage strategic focus projects and topics of BidP/PT together with respective functions and drive till conclusion.Realization of strategic focus topics and logical conclusion

Stakeholder Management

Plan and curate agenda for stake holders visits/meetings including high level delegate visits namely PS/BVs, government officials, Industry bodies, IPN plants, etc.Successful Visits &Feedback & References; Customer Feedback Survey Reports & Customer satisfaction Index

Internal Communication

Analyse both internal and external information's, disseminate important communications, consolidate MIS reports for top management, regular business updates to relevant internal stakeholder and ensure connects and exchanges between associate and plant management. Associate awareness about location current business situation and long-term strategies

Back Office

Support BidP1/PT in all key management meetings by preparing presentations, documentation and ensuring implementation of actions, preparing & handling management audits. Audit scores & GPTW Scores; Awards & Appreciations

Knowledge & Functional Skills

Competent in production, planning, engineering and project management processes

Basic knowledge of costing, budget planning & investment appraisal

Basic knowledge of digital manufacturing

Advanced result & process orientation / Manufacturing skills

Advanced future orientation with strategic thinking skills

Advanced cooperation, communication and interpersonal skills

Qualifications

Education

Bachelors degree in engineering or Masters or equivalent in operational / Business Management (desirable) with 8+ years experience in techno commercial role with a background in engineering, finance, product management, etc
