MainResponsibilities:
  • Fabricateassemble and repair heavy tracks andtrailers.
  • Interpret blueprintstechnical drawings and schematics to understand jobrequirements.
  • Utilize welding andcutting equipment to shape and assemble metalcomponents.
  • Perform regularmaintenance and inspections on fabricationequipment.
  • Ensure all work meets therequired safety and qualitystandards.
  • Collaborate with theengineering team to develop and improve fabricationprocesses.
  • Troubleshoot and resolveany issues that arise during the fabricationprocess.
  • Maintain accurate recordsof work performed and materialsused.
  • Follow all company policiesand procedures especially those related to safety and qualitycontrol.


Requirements
  • Highschool diploma or equivalent; technical or vocational training infabrication or welding ispreferred.
  • Minimum of 35 years ofexperience in heavy track and trailerfabrication.
  • Proven experience inwelding cutting and assembling metalcomponents.
  • Proficiency in readingand interpreting technical drawings andblueprints.
  • Knowledge of differentwelding techniques (e.g. MIG TIG Stick) and metalworkingtools.
  • Strong attention to detailand precision in work.
  • Excellentproblemsolving and troubleshootingskills.
  • Ability to workindependently and as part of ateam.
  • Good physical stamina and theability to perform manuallabor.
  • Effective communicationskills to interact with team members andsupervisors.


Fabricate, assemble, and repair heavy tracks and trailers.Interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and schematics tounderstand job requirements.
