This is a remote position.
We are looking for a Asst.Customer Support Lead to deliver topnotchcustomer support and spread this concept throughout the company.The objective is to maintain the departments profitability andefficiency while raising customer happiness loyalty and retentionrates and meeting their expectations.Responsibilities
Enhance the customerexperience engage customers and support organic growth
Take responsibility for consumercomplaints and see them through to completion
Establish a clear mission and implementtechniques geared towards achieving it.
Maintain thorough records and record your interactionswith customers.
Keep abreastof market developments and employ best practices as necessary.
Utilise assets and manageresources to meet both qualitative and quantitative goals.
Keep a clean workflow inaccordance with priorities.
Requirements Excellent understanding of management techniques
Proficiency in English
Knowledge of customer servicetools databases and software at a working level
Ability to lead and strategizeWelldeveloped clientfacing and communication abilities
Advanced multitasking and troubleshootingabilities
Available to work asper EST time 9:00am 5:30pm
Will be assisting in Government Grant Process
