Job Responsibilities

Responsibilities for this position include, but are not limited to, the following.
 Communicating with stakeholders, including team members and clients.
 Responsible for creating and executing project plans and revising the plans as appropriate to meet changing needs and requirements.
 Responsible for monitoring and reporting of project cost, time and quality to ensure that projects meet Danfoss and customer requirements.
 Implement and manage project changes and interventions to achieve project outputs
 Perform Risk Management with systematically collected and reported issues, address mitigation actions, responsibilities and timelines.
 Effectively apply project management methodology and enforces project standards

 Sound tracking records of project management experience
 Good communication and presentation skills
 Critical thinking and problem solving skills 
 Knowledge of Agile scrum preferable
