KeyResponsibilities:

LedgerTallying:
Maintain accurate ledgeraccounts for jewellery inventory sales andexpenses.
Reconcile inventoryrecords with sales transactions and financialreports.
Ensure precise valuationand tracking of jewellerystock.
Invoicing:
Generatetimely and accurate invoices for wholesale and retail jewellerytransactions.
Verify pricingdiscounts and terms for jewellerysales.
Manage accounts receivableand collections efficiently.
GSTFiling:
Prepare and file GSTreturns tailored to the jewelleryindustry.
Stay updated on GSTregulations and compliancerequirements.
Collaborate with thesales team to ensure accurate GSTreporting.
FinancialReporting:
Assist in preparingfinancial statements reports and analysis specific to the jewellerybusiness.
Provide insights intosales trends product performance andprofitability.
Collaborate withmanagement to enhance financial performance and inventorymanagement.
Compliance:
Ensurecompliance with industryspecific regulations and accountingstandards.
Maintain accuraterecords for audits and regulatorycompliance.
Implement internalcontrols to prevent fraud in jewellerytransactions.
Qualifications andSkills:

Bachelors degree in Commerce Accounting Finance or relatedfield.
Previous experience injewellery wholesale or retail accountingpreferred.
Strong knowledge ofaccounting principles especially in inventory management andsales.
Proficiency in accountingsoftware (e.g. Tally QuickBooks) and MSExcel.
Attention to detail andanalytical skills.
Excellentcommunication and interpersonalabilities.
Ability to workindependently andcollaboratively.
Familiarity withGST laws applicable to the jewellerysector.
Location: Currently ZaveriBazaar soon shifting to Turbhe Navi Mumbai. Salary based onexperience.
