Job Overview

We are seeking a Senior-level Head Chef specializing in Continental cuisine for a full-time position based in Noida. The ideal candidate will have up to 10 years of relevant experience. The Head Chef will be responsible for overseeing kitchen operations, menu planning, and maintaining culinary excellence across dishes.


Qualifications and Skills

  • Extensive culinary expertise in Continental cuisine (Mandatory skill).
  • Proven ability in menu planning to create innovative and appealing dishes (Mandatory skill).
  • Exceptional food presentation skills to enhance the visual appeal of dishes.
  • Strong team management skills to lead and motivate kitchen staff effectively.
  • Ability to source high-quality ingredients while managing supplier relations.
  • Commitment to maintaining top-notch kitchen hygiene and compliance with health regulations.
  • High level of creativity to introduce unique culinary concepts and maintain menu diversity.
  • Effective time management skills to ensure timely preparation and delivery of meals.


Roles and Responsibilities

  • Lead the kitchen team in preparing and presenting Continental cuisine at its finest.
  • Develop and update menus in alignment with culinary trends and customer preferences.
  • Ensure all food is prepared to the highest standards and meets restaurant quality criteria.
  • Supervise kitchen operations to ensure efficiency, productivity, and quality consistency.
  • Manage inventory and ordering of kitchen supplies and ingredients as needed.
  • Train and mentor kitchen staff to enhance skills and maintain a productive environment.
  • Uphold strict hygiene standards and ensure compliance with safety regulations.
  • Collaborate with management on business and operational improvement strategies.
