Join our team in Bengaluru full time as Technical Product Manager (m/f/d).

What is the role about?

  • Key position between customers and our development teams in national and international projects in the energy market sector.
  • Requirements analysis and review of requirements for new and existing projects.
  • Creation of technical solution proposals and/or their adaptation in consultation with the system engineer responsible for the project.
  • Coordination and alignment of the proposed solutions with product owners and project managers.
  • Description and documentation of customer requirements in the form of requirements, use cases, and user stories.
  • Support the development teams during their implementation.
  • Creation and continuation of a product catalog based on customer requirements.

  • You have several years of professional experience as a technical product manager, requirements engineer, pre-sales consultant, or in a comparable position.
  • You have first experience in cooperation with international customers in technically demanding projects. Experience in the energy market is a plus.
  • You hold a Bachelor’s Degree or apprenticeship in IT, telecommunication environment, or a related discipline.
  • You ideally bring experience in working with JIRA, Confluence, and MS Project.
  • Your strengths lie in the analysis, structuring, and precise documentation of complex customer requirements. Moreover, you are able to recognize limits and conflicts in technical processes and present them in a modular way.
  • You are prepared for occasional international travel.
  • You are fluent in English - speaking any other language is always a plus.
