Qualifications and Skills

  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • High school diploma or equivalent qualification


Roles and Responsibilities


  • Manage cash transactions with customers
  • Scan goods and collect payments
  • Issue receipts, refunds, change, or tickets
  • Ensure customer satisfaction by providing prompt and courteous service
  • Maintain clean and orderly checkout areas
  • Keep track of inventory and report any discrepancies
  • Handle customer complaints, guide them, and provide relevant information
  • Maintain accurate cash drawer balance
  • Resolve customer issues and escalate problems to management when necessary
