  • The PowerHouse Supply Project Manager will oversee the planning coordinationand execution of projects related to the supply installation andmaintenance of powerhouse systems including equipment likegenerators transformers and switchgear.
  • Thisrole requires strong project management skills a background inpower systems and a commitment to ensuring project quality safetyand timelycompletion.


Requirements

  1. ProjectPlanning andExecution

    • Developand manage project schedules budgets and resource plans forpowerhouse supplyprojects.
    • Coordinatewith engineering procurement and construction teams to ensuretimely and costeffective projectdelivery.
    • Implementand monitor project workflows to achieve milestones within theallocated timeline andbudget.

  2. StakeholderManagement

    • Collaboratewith key stakeholders including clients vendors contractors andregulatory bodies to align project goals andrequirements.
    • Conductregular meetings with clients to provide updates address concernsand ensure customersatisfaction.

  3. Riskand QualityManagement

    • Identifyand mitigate project risks through proactive planning andcontingencymeasures.
    • Implementquality control standards and perform site inspections to ensurecompliance with regulatory and safetystandards.
    • Ensureadherence to project specifications and best practices inpowerhouse equipment installation andmaintenance.

  4. Budgetand CostControl

    • Preparedetailed project cost estimates and manage expenditures to staywithinbudget.
    • Identifycostsaving opportunities and negotiate contracts with suppliers andsubcontractors to optimizecosts.

  5. TeamLeadership andDevelopment

    • Leada multidisciplinary project team assigning tasks and managingperformance to achieve projectobjectives.
    • Provideguidance and training to team members to enhance skills and ensureprojectsuccess.
    • Fostera culture of safety accountability and continuousimprovement.

  6. DocumentationandReporting

    • Maintaincomprehensive project documentation including design plans progressreports change orders and finalreports.
    • Regularlyreport on project status including KPIs budget updates and riskassessments to senior management andstakeholders.
