Inviting applications for the role of Business Analyst - Item Set-up and Maintenance - Retail Analytics
In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring correct assignment of supplier, merch hierarchy, and product attributes for every new item. And will also be responsible for creating dashboards to have a clear line of visibility and actions. Additionally, you will implement and maintain systems for organizing and managing reports efficiently. 

Responsibilities
• Setting up New Items onto any retail platform and Continuity of the Products on Oracle (RMS, ORMS) or any Tools.
• Update and maintain logistic changes for Products.
• Requesting various attributes like Images, Product Descriptions, Editorial Copies from vendors which are required for Item Setup Process.
• Updating critical information like Cost, Retail, Description of an item which has a direct business impact.
• Participating in monthly conference calls with partners and Business analysts to discuss merchandising updates and trends.
• Preparing Weekly Dashboards, Timely updates to Master Grid and Managing the Project Report.
• Owning business and team goals and driving team/process improvements to achieve them by any CI methodology.

Qualifications we seek in you

Tools and Technology – Added advantage.
• MDM/Item Set up Tools, Microsoft Excel, Power Point, Tableau, Power BI

Minimum Qualifications
• Bachelor’s or Master’s in Degree/bachelor's degree/Retail/Operations Management
• Prior retail Operations domain experience
• Retail or any other industry specific retail Buying Operations tools 

Preferred Qualifications/ Skills
• Ability to ask right queries.
• Ability to prioritize and organize your own workload.
• Personal drive and positive work ethic to deliver results within tight deadlines and in demanding situations. 
• Flexibility to adapt to a variety of engagement types, working hours and work environments and locations.
• Proactive team player
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
