Qualifications and Skills


  • 4 to 6 years of experience in home textile designing
  • Strong proficiency in Photoshop, Coreldraw, and Illustrator
  • Proven ability to create innovative and marketable designs
  • Experience in working on realistic product CADs and product catalogue creations
  • Knowledge of moodboard decoding techniques and trend analysis
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
  • Attention to detail and a strong sense of aesthetics
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet project deadlines
  • Knowledge of sustainable and eco-friendly design practices is a plus


Roles and Responsibilities


  • Develop creative and innovative designs for home textile products, including bedding, curtains, table linens, and decorative accessories
  • Collaborate with the design team to create seasonal collections and concepts that align with market trends and customer preferences
  • Translate design concepts into technical specifications and drawings, ensuring accurate and detailed product representation
  • Create realistic product CADs and product catalogue creations to showcase and promote new designs
  • Use moodboard decoding techniques to gather and analyze design inspirations, colors, patterns, and trends
  • Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends and competitor products
  • Work closely with the production team to ensure the successful implementation of designs during the manufacturing process
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product development, sales, and marketing, to ensure design alignment and meet project deadlines
  • Maintain a keen eye for detail and quality, ensuring that all designs meet the company's standards and customer expectations
