Job Title: Senior UI Developer
Job Description:
About the Role:
We are looking for a skilled UI Developer with a passion for creating web experiences to help build an Employee Portal for a client. This project involves using modern technologies such as React, Typescript, and Next.js to deliver a scalable, responsive, and user-friendly interface.

Responsibilities:
- UI Development: Design and develop user interfaces for the Employee Portal using React and Typescript
- Ensure application responsiveness, accessibility, and optimal performance across devices and browsers
- Implement reusable components and front-end libraries for future use
- Collaborate with UX/UI designers to translate design prototypes into functional code
- API Integration: Integrate APIs into the front-end and ensure seamless communication between the UI and backend services
- Collaborate with backend developers to define API requirements and data contracts
- Micro Front-End Architecture: Utilize Next.js to build and manage the Micro Front-End architecture
- Ensure modules are loosely coupled for independent development, testing, and deployment
- Collaboration & Communication: Work closely with cross-functional teams like product managers, backend developers, and QA engineers
- Participate in code reviews, pair programming, and technical discussions
- Continuous Improvement: Stay updated with the latest trends and technologies in front-end development
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of development processes and tools
- Implement and advocate for best practices in coding, testing, and deployment

Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Strong proficiency in React and Typescript
- Experience with Next.js or similar frameworks for Micro Front-End architectures
- Solid understanding of HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript (ES6+)
- Familiarity with RESTful APIs and asynchronous programming
- Experience with front-end build tools (e.g., Webpack, Babel)
- Knowledge of state management libraries like Redux or Context API
- Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git)
- Solid understanding of BootStrap, Tailwind, or MUI

Must-Have Requirements:
- Expertise in React, JS, Typescript, and Unit Testing
- Familiarity with automated testing frameworks (e.g., Jest, Cypress)
- Strong coding skills and clarity in coding approaches
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in each skill
