Who are we looking for


A hair trainer who will be responsible forteaching and training hair professionals on the latest
trends techniques and products in the hair industry. The jobdescription for a hair trainer may
include the followingresponsibilities:


1. Develop anddeliver training programs: The hair trainer is responsible fordesigning and
implementing training programs that covera variety of topics related to hair styling
coloringcutting and other related services.


2. Conduct training sessions: The hair trainer will delivertraining sessions to groups of hair
professionals insalons or educational institutions. They may also conductindividual
training sessions for specificstylists.


3. Stay up to date withindustry trends: The hair trainer must stay current with thelatest
trends and techniques in the hair industry andincorporate them into their training
programs.


4. Evaluate trainees: The hair trainer willevaluate the performance of trainees and provide
feedback on areas where they need to improve.
5. Createtraining materials: The hair trainer will create training materialssuch as manuals
videos and other resources that can beused by trainees to continue learning outside of
training sessions.


6. Managerelationships with clients: The hair trainer will build andmaintain relationships
with clients such as salonseducational institutions and individual stylists.


7. Attend industry events: The hair trainerwill attend industry events such as trade shows
conferences and workshops to stay up to date with industry trendsand network with
other professionals.

Qualification


you typically need to have several years ofexperience as a professional hair stylist or cosmetologist anda
solid understanding of the hair industry.


In addition you may need to have the followingqualifications:


1. Certification:You may need to have a certification or diploma from a recognizedhair styling or
cosmetology program. This ensures thatyou have the necessary ss and knowledge to provide
training to other professionals.
2. Teaching experience:Having experience as a teacher or instructor can be helpful asit
demonstrates your ability to communicate effectivelyand create effective training materials.
3. Continuingeducation: Keeping up with the latest trends and techniques in thehair industry is
essential so you may need to regularlyattend workshops conferences and other educational
events.
4. Strong communication ss: As a hair traineryou will need to communicate effectively with
traineesclients and industry professionals so having strong verbal andwritten communication
ss is essential.
5.Patience and adaptability: Trainees will come from a variety ofbackgrounds and s levels so
its important to havepatience and adaptability to work with individuals with differentlearning
styles and abilities.
