Role : Forcepoint Admin

Required Skills : Proxy / DLP

Experience : 5+ Yrs

Location : Bangalore

Education: B.E, B.Tech, MCA

1. IT Industry experience 5 years +
2. Minimum 2 Years of’ experience in Monitoring and Managing Forcepoint Proxy & Secure Web Gateway / Content security technology & DLP
3. Should be able to configure group, user, Role, PAC file preparation etc
4. Proficient in Backup / Restore, patch management & upgradation on Appliances/ Servers.
5. Good knowledge in Forcepoint DLP, rules, policies and regex
6. Familiar with report preparation for customer requirement
7. Work on incident tickets and access provisioning.
8. Basic knowledge of ITIL process
9. Understanding of network & security practices
10. Basic knowledge of Windows server and Unix/Linux operating systems
11. Interface with OEM / Partners technical support group as required
12. Join conference bridge and Initiate escalation procedure in case of P1/P2 incidents
13. Candidate should have OEM certification (Force Point)
