• Assister le T&C Manager afin d’assurer un suivi efficace en répondant à toutes les questions soulevées par divers sujets fiscaux sur tous les domaines techniques.
• Etudier et documenter tout sujet de fiscalité directe et/ou indirecte, nationale, Européenne et Internationale en fonction des priorités du département.
• Participer à l’identification des risques potentiels, à leur sécurisation et à la mise en place de solutions pérennes garantissant la continuité des activités.
• S’impliquer dans des réflexions visant à identifier des sources d’optimisation dans lesquelles il / elle fait preuve à cet égard d’une démarche pro-active et d’esprit d’initiative.
• Réaliser une veille technique efficiente afin de permettre une mise à jour des règles fiscales Groupe assurant le respect des règles en vigueur au niveau national, Européen et International.
• Etablir des notes techniques claires et documentées à forte expertise ainsi que des recommandations pouvant être utilisées en interne pour appuyer des prises de position.
* Assist the T&C Manager to ensure effective follow-up by answering all questions raised by various tax issues in all technical areas.
* Study and document all direct and/or indirect, national, European and international tax issues according to the department's priorities.
* Participate in identifying potential risks, securing them and implementing sustainable solutions to guarantee business continuity.
* Be involved in discussions aimed at identifying sources of optimization, in which he/she demonstrates a pro-active approach and a spirit of initiative.
* Maintain an efficient technical watch to ensure that the Group's tax rules are kept up to date, in compliance with national, European and international regulations.
* Produce clear, well-documented, expert technical notes and recommendations that can be used internally to support positions.
