At Flydocs cloud computingallows us to modernise and consolidate IT infrastructure automateworkloads and pursue nextgenerationinnovation.

Weare seeking a Cloud Infrastructure Engineer who has experience ofdesign implementation and maintenance of cloud platforms for ourinhouse SaaS solutions and supporting our clients in the aviationsector. Having a firm grasp of emerging technologies platformsapplications automation and working practices will help keep ourbusiness efficient andsecure.

TheCloud Infrastructure Engineer will have an immediate impact on thedaytoday efficiency of IT operations and an ongoing impact ongrowth.


Requirements

KeyResponsibilities:

·Develop andimplement solutions within the cloud space across MS Azure andGCP

·Create andmaintain products and services documentation and files forknowledge transfer within the team anddepartment

·R&D fornew products technologies andservices

·Support rapidcloud solution implementations and customer engagements related tocloud computingsolutions

·Support theDevOps journey and design automated solutions to help our path toproduction

·Ensure cloudbasesystems meet confidentiality integrity and availabilityrequirements any relevant/associated complianceneeds

·Troubleshootincidents and outages identify root causes (RCA s) fix and documentproblems and implement preventativemeasures

·Maintainoperational best practice for cloudtechnologies

·Demonstrateexceptional problemsolving skills with an ability to see and solveissues before they affect businessproductivity

Skills&Qualifications:

·Experience ofinfrastructure architectures including but not limited to thefollowing

oNetworking (IPaddressing DNS VPN FirewallsLoadbalancers)

oPublic cloudAzureGCP

·In depthknowledge on Microsoft server family and Linux Operatingsystems

·Good experienceof Virtualisationtechnologies

·Highlyknowledgeable with cloud concepts and best practices (ideally AzuresecondaryGCP)

·Deepunderstanding of DevOps practices and solutions (IaC CI/CD AnsibleTerraform Orchestration Bash PowerShell python(optional))

·Excellenttroubleshootingskills


·Bachelor sdegree in Computer Science Information Security or relatedfield.

·Minimum of 23years of experience in the cloud space deliveringsolutions.

·Excellentcommunication and presentation skills with the ability to conveytechnical concepts to nontechnicalaudiences.

·Cloudcertification (Azure GCP)

Minimumof 2-3 years of experience in the cloud space delivering solutions.Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the abilityto convey technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
