Cluster Manager

Job Title: ClusterManager

JobOverview:

As a ClusterManager you will be responsible for overseeing multiple propertieswithin our organization ensuring optimal performance across variousareas including revenue generation customer experience propertymaintenance team management and property operations. Your primaryfocus will be on driving revenue growth maintaining exceptionalguest experiences implementing standardized operating proceduresmanaging property maintenance and fostering a highperforming teamculture.

KeyResponsibilities:

1. RevenueManagement:

Monitor andoptimize restaurant revenue activity revenue occupancy rates andAverage Room Rate (ARR) across all clusterproperties.

Collaborate with thecentral team to support the achievement of ARRtargets.

2. CustomerExperience:

Ensureexceptional guest experiences at all cluster properties through theimplementation of Keekoo Standard Operating Procedures(SOPs).

Innovate and implement ideasto enhance guest experiences.

Promptly resolve any guest complaints or issues to maintain highlevels of guest satisfaction.

3. PropertyMaintenance:

Customize andimplement Keekoo SOPs and systems to ensure each property isspectacular and wellmaintained.

4. Team Management andEngagement:

Engage andretain employees across all clusterproperties.

Ensure high performanceand productivity of teams.

Ensure allproperties are fully staffed to meet operationalrequirements.

5. PropertyOperations:

Manageproperties within allocated budgets.

Innovate and suggest costsaving ideas to minimizeexpenses.

Monitor and reducewastage.

Maintain a good list ofvendors and negotiate the best deals on rates andquality.

Requirements

Qualificationsand Skills:

Bachelorsdegree in Business Administration Hospitality Management or relatedfield (preferred).

Proven experiencein a managerial role within the hospitalityindustry.

Strong leadership and teammanagement skills.

Excellentcommunication and interpersonalabilities.

Analytical mindset withthe ability to drive revenue growth and costoptimization.

Proficiency in standardoffice software and property managementsystems.

AdditionalRequirements:

Willingnessto travel between cluster properties asneeded.

Flexibility to work eveningsweekends and holidays as required by operationalneeds.
