Description

What You’ll Do 

Product Solutions Leadership: Lead the development and implementation of comprehensive product solutions, specializing in CCaaS and CPaaS offerings.Drive initiatives from conception to execution, ensuring alignment with business objectives and client requirements. 

Craft compelling proposals and responses that showcase the organization's capabilities and expertise.

Collaborate effectively with partners and client carriers to integrate telecommunications solutions and expand market reach.

Ensure robust and reliable communication channels, meeting performance and scalability requirements.

Stay abreast of emerging trends and technologies in the voice technology landscape.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify market opportunities and develop product roadmaps that drive business growth.

Product Strategy Development: Drive product strategy initiatives by defining feature priorities and enhancing user experience to meet evolving market demands effectively.

What Makes You Qualified

Experience Required: 5-10 Years of Relevant Work Experience.

RFP/RFI Management: Oversee the RFP and RFI processes with proficiency, ensuring thorough understanding of client needs and industry standards.

Global Telco Collaboration: Forge strategic partnerships with global telcos to facilitate seamless voice connectivity worldwide.

Network Optimization: Utilize advanced expertise to optimize network infrastructure, including VPN, MPLS, and AWS networking solutions.

Voice Technology Proficiency: Demonstrate extensive knowledge and practical experience in VOIP, SIP, BYOC, codecs, QoS, FreeSWITCH, Asterisk, and related technologies.

Required Educational Qualification: Graduate/ Postgraduate in Information Technology or Business Studies.

 Location requirement: Gurgaon / Bangalore.
