We are seeking a highly skilled andexperienced Revenue cum Reservation Manager to join
ourteam in Pondicherry. The ideal candidate will be responsible foroptimizing revenue
through strategic pricing andinventory management while also overseeing thereservation
process to ensure a seamless guestexperience. Proficiency in online revenue management
tools and a deep understanding of the hospitality market areessential.
Key Responsibilities:
RevenueManagement:
o Develop and implement revenue managementstrategies and processes to
optimize and maximizerevenues.
o Analyze market trends and competitorbehavior to forecast future business
volumes.
o Monitor and adjust room rates in all distribution channels tomaximize
occupancy and revenue.
o Use onlinerevenue management tools to track and adjust performance
metrics. Reservation Management:
o Oversee the reservations department ensuring efficient andcustomercentric
operations.
o Manage andcoordinate all reservations made through variouschannels
including direct bookings OTAs and travelagents.
o Ensure accuracy and completeness ofreservation details in the property
managementsystem.
o Handle guest inquiries and resolve any issuesrelated to reservations promptly
andeffectively.
Data Analysis and Reporting:
oPrepare daily weekly and monthly revenue reports for managementreview.
o Analyze performance data and provideactionable insights and
recommendations.
oTrack and report on booking trends occupancy rates andrevenue
performance. TeamCollaboration and Training:
o Work closely with thesales and marketing team to develop promotional
strategies. o Train and mentor junior staffon revenue management and reservation best
practices.
o Foster a collaborative environment toensure all departments work together to
achieve revenuegoals. Customer Service:
oEnsure a high level of customer satisfaction by providing excellentservice in
the reservation process.
o Addressand resolve any guest complaints or issues related toreservations. Qualifications:
Experience:
o Minimum of 5 years of relevant industryexperience preferably within the
hospitalitysector.
o Proven track record in revenue management andreservations.
