TasksResponsibilities:
MenuDevelopment: Create and innovate Continental cuisine menusincluding appetizers main courses and desserts.
FoodPreparation: Prepare and cook highquality dishes following recipesand presentation standards.
Quality Control: Ensureconsistency in food quality and presentation adhering to health andsafety regulations.
Inventory Management: Manage kitcheninventory order supplies and ensure proper storage ofingredients.
Training: Train and mentor junior kitchenstaff and ensure they follow proper cooking techniques and kitchenprotocols.
