Overview:The Foremanplays a crucial role in overseeing and coordinating constructionprojects. They are responsible for managing and supervisingconstruction workers ensuring that projects are completed on timewithin budget and in compliance with safety regulations. TheForeman acts as a liaison between the project manager andconstruction team providing guidance and support to ensuresuccessful project completion.KeyResponsibilities:

• Supervise andmanage construction crew onsite
• Ensurecompliance with safety regulations
• Coordinatewith project manager and subcontractors
• Providedaily progress reports to the projectmanager
• Schedule and oversee deliveries ofmaterials and equipment
• Implement and enforcequality control and workplace policies
• Resolveany issues or disputes that may ariseonsite
• Train and mentor new or inexperiencedworkers
• Read and interpret blueprints andconstruction plans
• Manage work schedules andallocate tasks efficiently
• Conduct regular siteinspections to ensure work is being completed according tospecifications
• Participate in project planningand budgeting
• Maintain accurate and uptodateproject documentation
• Ensure adherence toproject timelines and deadlines
• Collaboratewith stakeholders to address any concerns ormodifications

RequiredQualifications:

• High school diplomaor equivalent
• Proven experience as aconstruction foreman or similar role
• Strongknowledge of construction processes tools andequipment
• Excellent leadership and supervisoryskills
• Ability to read and interpret blueprintsand construction plans
• Knowledge of safetyregulations and procedures
• Effectivecommunication and interpersonalabilities
• Problemsolving and decisionmakingskills
• Time management and organizationalskills
• Ability to work well under pressure andin a fastpaced environment
• Aptitude fortraining and mentoring juniorstaff
• Understanding of budgeting and projectmanagement principles
• Adherence to quality andsafety standards
• Valid drivers license andreliable transportation
• Certification inconstruction management or related field is aplus
