The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of data architecture and hands-on experience with modern data technologies such as Snowflake, Timescale data base, Apache Spark, and KSQL. Flink for streaming data monitoring. A strong grasp of data retention policies, including the implementation of hot and cold storage solutions, is essential. The Data Architect will be responsible for designing and modeling data sharing mechanisms that ensure efficiency and security.

Additionally, the candidate should have a proven record of accomplishment in building management and sustainability systems, demonstrating an ability to integrate data-driven insights into tangible building improvements.
