Position Overview

Autodesk has an exciting opportunity within our Customer Success Organization for a position focused on helping our Enterprise customers implementing innovative design automation for their building and infrastructure design processes. As a Technical Consultant, you will work directly with customers to understand their design processes, specify, and implement the automation solution built on Autodesk’s Cloud and Desktop Products. 

  Responsibilities  

Work with customers to review their design process optimization needs  Develop customized and configured solutions on top of Autodesk core products (Mainly Autodesk Revit®)  Develop platform solutions leveraging Autodesk Platform Services (APS, )  Establish credibility at all levels with clients and build partnerships Produce written documentation of solutions  Configuration of Autodesk products according to customer requirements  Contribute to Autodesk IP and assets through methods development and sales collateral  Lead training and adoption efforts for customers  Occasional travel might be required 

  Minimum Qualifications   

Knowledge of tools and programming languages for writing and modifying programs that comprise an application system (focus C# and other .NET programming languages)  Highest proficiency and dominion of Autodesk’s Revit API  For cloud-based solutions, experience in programming leveraging Autodesk’s APS platform  Ability to effectively transmit, receive, and accurately interpret ideas, information, and needs Knowledge in JavaScript/TypeScript, HTML5/CSS, and modern web frameworks such as React and Angular, is required  Ability to abstract complex technical problems to different audiences  Good skills in resolving customer problems with an “out of the box” and a “can do” approach  Ability to establish and build healthy working relations and partnerships with clients, vendors, and peers. This includes the ability to assess customer needs and generate appropriate solutions to problems or identified needs  Knowledge of and ability to consult on development and delivery of new or enhanced business applications  Knowledge of and experience in constructing software products or systems in line with its requirements 

  Skills & Qualifications  

Knowledge of concepts and philosophies regarding the design and deployment of information technologies and associated architectural concepts, principles, and tools  Ability to document current state design processes  Ability to map customer requirements to Autodesk solutions  Good vision and imagination  5+ years of experience with of Autodesk’s AEC Product Portfolio (AutoCAD® or its verticals, Navisworks, and Dynamo) and their APIs  Proven ability to design, develop and test workflows for and implement practical business solutions  Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution in architecture, engineering, computer science, or related degree. Advanced degree (MS, MBA,)
