Job Description
As a Junior Data Scientist at Cognifo Technologies, you will play a crucial role in extracting valuable insights from data to drive innovation and support our product development efforts. Working closely with cross-functional teams, you will apply your analytical and technical skills to uncover hidden patterns, trends, and opportunities within our data.

Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and domain experts to understand business objectives and identify areas where data-driven solutions can be implemented.
  • Collect, clean, and preprocess data from various sources to ensure its quality and reliability.
  • Explore and visualize data using tools like Python, R, and SQL to identify patterns, trends, and relationships.
  • Develop and implement machine learning algorithms and statistical models to solve complex business problems.
  • Continuously evaluate the performance of data models and refine them as needed to improve their accuracy and effectiveness.
  • Communicate findings and recommendations to stakeholders through clear and concise reports, presentations, and data visualizations.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in data science and machine learning, and contribute to the team's knowledge-sharing initiatives.


Requirements
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field.
  • Strong programming skills in Python, R, or other relevant languages.
  • Proficiency in data manipulation and analysis tools, such as SQL, Pandas, and NumPy.
  • Familiarity with machine learning frameworks and libraries, such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or scikit-learn.
  • Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
  • Good communication and presentation abilities.
  • Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and techniques.
  • Knowledge on data visualization tools like Tableau or Power BI.
  • Knowledge of Agile software development methodologies.
  • Familiarity with cloud computing platforms, such as AWS or Google Cloud.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team and collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders.
