Title:GRC Senior Developer
Location: Remote(Offshore)

Responsibilities:
  1. Manage, enhance, and support Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) solutions in ServiceNow.
  2. Collaborate with stakeholders to understand GRC requirements and translate them into technical solutions within ServiceNow platform.
  3. Design and develop custom GRC applications, modules, and workflows in ServiceNow to meet business needs and compliance requirements.
  4. Configure and customize ServiceNow GRC modules, including Policy and Compliance, Risk Management, Audit Management, and Vendor Risk Management.
  5. Implement integrations between ServiceNow GRC and other systems to facilitate data exchange and streamline processes.
  6. Develop and maintain ServiceNow GRC dashboards, reports, and analytics to provide insights into risk and compliance posture.
  7. Lead testing efforts for GRC solutions, including unit testing, integration testing, and user acceptance testing.
  8. Provide ongoing support and maintenance for ServiceNow GRC applications, troubleshooting issues and resolving defects.
  9. Collaborate with ServiceNow administrators and architects to ensure GRC solutions align with platform best practices and governance standards.
  10. Stay updated with the latest ServiceNow GRC features and functionalities, evaluating their applicability to existing solutions and future projects.
  11. Document GRC solution designs, configurations, and technical specifications, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
  12. Participate in GRC governance activities, including risk assessments, compliance audits, and policy reviews.
  13. Act as a subject matter expert for ServiceNow GRC, providing guidance and training to team members and stakeholders.
Qualifications:
  1. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field; Master's degree preferred.
  2. Proven experience managing, enhancing, and supporting GRC solutions in ServiceNow.
  3. In-depth knowledge of ServiceNow GRC modules and functionalities, including Policy and Compliance, Risk Management, Audit Management, and Vendor Risk Management.
  4. Strong proficiency in ServiceNow development, including Scripting (JavaScript), Glide API, Business Rules, UI Actions, and Workflow Configuration.
  5. Experience with ServiceNow integration technologies, such as REST APIs, SOAP web services, and IntegrationHub.
  6. Familiarity with GRC frameworks and standards, such as ISO 27001, NIST, GDPR, HIPAA, and SOX.
  7. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to understand complex GRC requirements and design appropriate solutions.
