JobResponsibilities:
Provide deep SAP and Open Text VIMfunctional & technical expertise in the Source to Pay area aswell as knowledge of key integration points across SAP modules andtechnical components.
Participate in design for anddeployment of integrated endtoend solutions; partner with other ITdelivery team member to ensure efficient and effective designdevelopment and implementation of solutions.
Participatein endtoend design workshops providing knowledge of industry bestpractices and application of global SAP implementationexperience.
Document fit/gap analysis and designdecisions; ensure deviations from out of the box functionality havesufficient business justification and positive valueproposition
Complete functional specifications forreports interfaces conversions enhancements forms and/or workflow(RICEFW)
Interface with 3rd party vendors for technicalconsulting during solution design development and ongoingsupport.
Partner with development (RICEFW) team membersto ensure technical design and delivery align to functionalspecifications and adhere to needed quality
Completesystem configuration work
As needed provide input toarchitecture security and data standards; ensure endtoend solutionsadhere to these standards.
Provide input to rolebasedsecurity designs and solutions
Share knowledge oftechnology risks and opportunities to improve efficiency andeffectiveness within the respective process area
Provideregular and accurate status updates and other documentation tomanagement for assigned project support and enhancementwork.
Participate in estimates for time and resourceneeds of identified solutions
Support projectimplementation transition to the support organization throughdocumentation and knowledge transfer.
Provide technicalexpertise required to resolve escalated support issues.
As needed provide technical input in support of auditrequests.
Partner with other process and system expertsto identify and implement business process continuous improvementsopportunities

Job Requirements:
510 years experience in one or more SAP modules; Experience withS/4HANA highly preferred.
Deep knowledge of SAPsolutions covering the following : Payment runs / Accounts Payabletax integration invoice receipt and verification material andvendor master data sourcing vendor evaluation purchase ordermanagement supporting direct and indirect procurement
Experience with the Open Text Vendor Invoice Management (VIM)product
Experience dealing with key integration areas inFinance Supply Chain Manufacturing
Minimum of twofulllifecycle SAP deployments preferably in two or moregeographies
Exhibits ability to work both in a teamenvironment and independently
Strong analyticalorganization time management facilitation and process managementskills
Demonstrated high level of written verbal andinterpersonal skills to communicate technical and nontechnicalinformation ideas procedures and processes.
Able to workin a fastpaced changing environment and with all levels of theorganization and cope with rapidly changing information
Ability to evaluate and negotiate priorities and adapt tonew/evolving individual and team assignments as adjustments areneeded.
Ability to effectively communicate to all levelsof an organization how current trends and technology can addressidentified business needs and capabilities
Interact anddeal effectively with all levels of employees while maintaining aprofessional manner; willingness and effectiveness in challengingthe statusquo.
Maintains a positive work environmentthrough teamwork & conflict resolution
