  • Maintain a high level of customer service by ensuring that all deliveries are made on time and in full
  • Manage a team of delivery drivers, including hiring, training, scheduling, and performance management
  • Plan and optimize daily delivery routes to ensure maximum efficiency
  • Monitor driver compliance with safety regulations and company policies
  • Investigate and resolve customer complaints in a timely and professional manner
  • Keep accurate records of deliveries, expenses, and other pertinent data
  • Prepare reports for upper management as requested
