About thejob


JobSummary:

TheHR Business Partner for Sales will collaborate closely with salesleadership to develop and implement HR strategies that fosterorganizational and people development. The ideal candidate will bea proactive communicator and change agent someone who cansuccessfully balance employee needs with business objectives tocreate integratedsolutions.


KeyResponsibilities:

  • Workdirectly with senior sales leadership to identify HR needs anddevelop strategic solutions to improve performance retention andemployeeengagement.

  • Provideguidance and input on sales team restructures workforce planningsuccession planning and sales teamperformance.

  • Developand implement talent management strategies to attract managedevelop and retain top salestalent.

  • Analyzetrends and metrics with the HR department to develop solutionsprograms andpolicies.

  • Manageand resolve complex employee relations issues. Conduct effectivethorough and objective investigations whenneeded.

  • Providedaytoday performance management guidance to sales management (e.g.coaching counseling career development disciplinaryactions).

  • Offerleadership training and development including coaching workshopsand teambuildingexercises.

  • Ensurecompliance with federal state and local employment laws andregulations and recommend best practices; reviews policies andpractices to maintaincompliance.

  • Workclosely with management and employees to improve work relationshipsbuild morale increase productivity andretention.

  • ProvideHR policy guidance and interpretation to ensure alignment betweenHR practices and salesobjectives.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelorsdegree in Human Resources Business Administration or related field;Masters degreepreferred.

  • Provenexperience as an HR Business Partner HR Manager or similar rolewith a strong understanding of salesenvironments.

  • Excellentpeople management skills and ability to engage with staff at alllevels.

  • Knowledgeof HR systems anddatabases.

  • Abilityto architect strategy along with leadershipskills.

  • Indepthknowledge of labor law and HR bestpractices.

  • Excellentactive listening negotiation and presentationskills.

  • Analyticalandgoaloriented.

  • Competenceto build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at alllevels of thecompany.



Key Responsibilities: Work directly with senior sales leadership toidentify HR needs and develop strategic solutions to improveperformance, retention, and employee engagement. Provide guidanceand input on sales team restructures, workforce planning,succession planning, and sales team performance. Develop andimplement talent management strategies to attract, manage, develop,and retain top sales talent. Analyze trends and metrics with the HRdepartment to develop solutions, programs, and policies. Manage andresolve complex employee relations issues. Conduct effective,thorough, and objective investigations when needed. Provideday-to-day performance management guidance to sales management(e.g., coaching, counseling, career development, disciplinaryactions). Offer leadership training and development, includingcoaching, workshops, and team-building exercises. Ensure compliancewith federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations, andrecommend best practices; reviews policies and practices tomaintain compliance. Work closely with management and employees toimprove work relationships, build morale, increase productivity andretention. Provide HR policy guidance and interpretation to ensurealignment between HR practices and sales objectives.Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, BusinessAdministration, or related field; Master's degree preferred. Provenexperience as an HR Business Partner, HR Manager, or similar rolewith a strong understanding of sales environments. Excellent peoplemanagement skills and ability to engage with staff at all levels.Knowledge of HR systems and databases. Ability to architectstrategy along with leadership skills. In-depth knowledge of laborlaw and HR best practices. Excellent active listening, negotiation,and presentation skills. Competence to build and effectively manageinterpersonal relationships at all levels of the company.Analytical and goal-oriented.
