Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experiencedAccount Manager who is CAqualified to join our team. In this roleyou will be responsible for overseeing financial reporting taxationcompliance budgeting internal controls and team management. Theideal candidate will have progressive experience in accounting andfinance with a strong grasp of Indian Accounting Standards andtaxation laws.

Proficiency inaccounting software Zoho is essential.

KeyResponsibilities:

1.Financial Reporting:

oPrepare and analyze monthly quarterly and annual financialstatements in compliance with Indian Accounting Standards andregulatory requirements.

oEnsure accuracy and completeness of financial data includingbalance sheets profit and loss statements and cash flowstatements.

2. Taxation andCompliance:

o Manage directand indirect tax compliance including GST TDS income tax and otherstatutory filings.

oCoordinate with external auditors and tax consultants for auditsand tax assessments.

3.Budgeting and Forecasting:

oAssist in the preparation of annual budgets andforecasts.

o Monitor budgetvariances and provide analysis and recommendations tomanagement.

4. InternalControls and Process Improvement:

o Develop and implement internal controls tosafeguard company assets and ensure adherence to policies andprocedures.

o Identifyopportunities for process improvements in financial and accountingsystems.

5. TeamManagement:

o Supervise andmentor junior accounting staff providing guidance and support intheir professional development.

Eligibility Criteria:

  • Qualified CharteredAccountant (CA) with valid membership of the Institute of CharteredAccountants of India (ICAI).

  • 1218 years of progressive experiencein accounting and finance roles preferably in amanufacturing/industrial sector.

  • Excellent analytical skills withattention to detail.

  • Strong communication skills with the ability tointeract effectively with stakeholders.
