Job Title: Regional Head - Bundelkhand
The Regional Head will provide strategic direction and leadership for all the operations in Bundelkhand, ensuring that projects are executed effectively and align with the organization's goals of sustainability and growth.

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Lead the development and execution of regional strategies and operational plans.
  • Oversee project implementation and ensure alignment with its mission and objectives.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with government officials and agencies.
  • Manage and mentor the regional team, fostering professional growth and a positive work culture.
  • Evaluate and report on the performance of ongoing initiatives.
  • Identify opportunities for new projects and expansion of existing ones.
  • Ensure compliance with organizational policies and local regulations.
  • Utilize business acumen to drive sustainable growth and project success.
  • Manage regional budgets and financial resources.
  • Cultivate relationships with key stakeholders, including community leaders, government officials, and partner organizations.

Required Qualifications:

  • Master's degree in Public Administration, Development Studies, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • At least 12 years of experience or more in a leadership role within the development sector.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage programs, teams, and projects effectively.
  • Strong financial acumen and experience with budgeting.
  • Experience in government liaising and strategy development.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Familiarity with the Bundelkhand region.
  • Established a network with local stakeholders.
