Senior Associate, User Experience Analyst

We’re seeking a future team member for the role of Senior Associate, User Experience Analyst to join our team. This role is located in Pune, Maharashtra - HYBRID.

In this role, you’ll make an impact in the following ways: 

  • Performs user experience activities that include user research and testing, interactive design, and visual design.
  • Participate in user research, usability testing, surveys, interviews, work studies, and heuristic evaluations.
  • Presents and may review documentation of research findings with product and development teams.
  • Creates concepts, information architecture, user interface designs, wireframes, storyboards, prototypes, and specifications.
  • Participates in the implementation of more complex visual styles that support platform branding to increase user effectiveness.
  • Contributes to the product definition and evaluation process utilizing multiple sources of information (field work, interviews, internet, intranet, market data/literature), interprets user feedback and insights to improve the user experience.
  • Creates and updates user interface and visual design guidelines and standards, may assist in the maintenance of some as assigned.
  • Good exposure to Design System

To be successful in this role, we’re seeking the following:

  • Bachelor's degree in user experience, design, human computer interaction, psychology or a related discipline, or equivalent work experience required, advanced degree preferred
  • 6+ years of experience in User experience
  • Expert in using Figma Tool
  • Self-driven, proactive  & work in a collaborative environment.  
  • Experience in the securities or financial services industry is a plus.
