We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Project Manager for Airlines and Aviation industry.The ideal candidate will possess deep knowledge in IT project management, agile methodologies, analysis, reporting and python coding.

Key Responsibilities
• Liaison with stakeholders to identify the requirements and define objectives for the project implementation.
• Develop all project start-up requirements according to best practices (statement, team, governance, risks, etc.)
• Recognize project uncertainties, evaluate alternative resource strategies, and anticipate changes in project scope along with the associated risks
• Maintain project progress within budget and on schedule
• Implement strong project management methods to keep track of project progress and manage any issues that arise
• Organize and facilitate follow-up meetings with the clients and internal team to ensure clear communication and alignment with project goals and progress.
• Establish and maintain strong relationships with customers, ensuring that project expectations are met and report regularly on project progress • Liaison between the team and the customer team, facilitating effective communication and collaboration

RequirementsTechnical Skills:

• PMO assets (softs-skills, coordination with data analysts, managers, autonomy in refining the needs) - Mandatory
• Experience in Tooling & automation (Python coding) - Mandatory
• Experience in VBA – Good to have • Power BI expertise (with DAX, PowerQuery) – Good to have
• Budget controlling (knowledge about MY/EY, actuals, etc) – Good to have
• Agile methodology – Mandatory • Project Management tools (Jira, Microsoft, etc) – Mandatory
• Excel spreadsheet - Mandatory

Responsibility: 
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Experience: 6 to 12 years
  • Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in project management
  • Project Management: Demonstrated experience in leading and implementation projects in large organizations
  • Analytical Skills: Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
  • Communication: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders. 
  • Adaptability: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, managing multiple priorities and projects simultaneously
