OverviewThe SAP TRM(Treasury and Risk Management) Consultant plays a crucial role inimplementing customizing and supporting SAP TRM solutions for ourorganization. They are responsible for understanding businessrequirements configuring the system and providing expertise intreasury and risk management processes. This role is integral inoptimizing financial operations and ensuring compliance withregulatorystandards.
RoleSAP TRM Consultant
  • Supports Practice Lead / PracticeHead on the strategy activities/road map definition.
  • Proactively informs of project delays andseeks mitigation.
  • Proactively seeks additionalsupport within the practice on knowledge gaps.
  • Participates in various recruitment drives andactively conducts interviews to identify resources with adequateskill sets and practice knowledge.
  • Being arole model mentor and guide for the consultants in his team
  • Design and develop new TRM solutions to widenour product catalog.
  • SAP Skills
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in one or moreSAP modules.
  • At least two full lifecycleimplementation projects (from Blueprint/Explore throughGoLive).
  • Understanding of SAP ActivateMethodology.
  • Ability to lead workstreamactivities on a project.
  • Understanding ofintegration between modules.
  • Leads detailedmodulespecific configuration and master datadevelopment.
  • Ability to use Service Marketplaceto create tickets research notes review release notes and solutionroadmaps as well as provide guidance to customers on releasestrategy.
  • ProjectRequirements
  • Minimum 2 years of experience withTRM project implementations
  • Expert levelknowledge concerning SAP TRM
  • Excellentunderstanding of Tax Authority business processes andlegislation
  • Follows industry trends and focuseson becoming a thought leader in his area ofexpertise.
  • Exposure to new technologies in theSAP space for functional considerations
  • Exposedto multiple Implementation methodologies like ASAP ActivateWaterfall Scrum etc.
  • Able to communicate withcustomers confidently convince / coach clients on the mostappropriate solution and agree on an effective wayforward.
  • Excellent communication skills in allareas (oral aural written)
  • Strong coaching andleadership skills with interest in consultants in their area ofexpertise
  • Strong presentation skills at alllevels of engagement with thecustomer
  • Leadership and management of assignedteammembers
