Job Brief

We seek a skilled Associate Legal professional with experience in managing end-to-end labor law compliances for IT & ITES companies.

Roles and Responsibilities

Draft, review, and manage customer contracts, including Master Service Agreements (MSA), Software as a Service (SaaS) agreements, and Annual Maintenance Contracts (AMC). Review and manage vendor, staffing, Business Correspondent, lease, and other contracts related to the banking and mortgage industry. Draft various legal documents, including letters, notices, and Memorandums of Understanding (MOU). Manage and maintain reports on upcoming contract renewals and ensure timely renewals. Maintain a repository of all executed contracts, highlighting key features and differences from the master contract. Prepare monthly reports on contract statuses and updates. Procure insurance policies for the company and track renewals. Conduct research on applicable laws, recent legal changes, and ongoing legal developments relevant to the company’s business. Negotiate contracts with customers, service providers, and vendors. Perform any other legal duties as required.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in law or equivalent. 2-5 years of experience as a Legal Counsel in a corporate setting. Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills. Strong analytical and logical reasoning abilities with keen attention to detail. Effective team player with a positive attitude and a willingness to learn.
