Summary:Position Overview
This position plays a pivotal role in shaping the people foundation for a brand-new greenfield plant. As the Senior Manager, People & Culture you'll act as a strategic business partner, providing leadership and expertise in all aspects of people management. You'll work closely with the leadership team to establish strategic and operational directions, design the organizational structure, and build a high-performing culture from the ground up.
Responsibilities
Greenfield Plant Setup & Culture Building:
HR Programs & Processes:
Establish HR Infrastructure: Implement HR policies, processes, and systems that comply with local regulations, industry best practices, and aligned to company's overall HR framework. Talent Acquisition & Development: Manage recruitment strategy to attract top talent aligned with the plant's needs. Collaborate on the development of training and development programs to equip employees with the skills and knowledge they need to excel in their roles. Compensation & Benefits: Implement defined C&B strategies as per company's compensation framework to attract and retain top talent, considering local market practices and employee needs. Performance Management: Implement our company’s performance management system that aligns individual goals with organizational objectives and provides regular feedback and coaching to drive employee development. Employee Relations & Engagement: Foster positive employee relations, address concerns promptly and fairly, and implement programs to boost employee engagement and morale.Additional Responsibilities:
Functional HR Support: Provide strategic HR guidance to other functions within the plant. Office Administration & Facilities Management: Ensure the smooth operation of office administration and facilities, including managing third-party contracts. Compliance & Risk Management: Maintain compliance with all applicable labor laws, regulations, and company policies. Identify and mitigate HR-related risks. Community Relations: Foster positive community partnerships, in collaboration with PACS, to ensure our operations benefit the local community and attract top talent. Requirements:
