Senior Software Product Engineer

We have a Senior Software Product Engineerposition opportunity available. We are looking for a self-motivated and passionate professional that will help implement and build various tools that are used by the quality engineering teams. The ideal candidate has full-stack experience with a strong web development skillset.

Key Requirements

5+ years of professional software development experience is preferred in web development.

Experience with Springbootframework,ReactJS .

Relevant experience with backend databases such as MySQL or PostgresSQL

Relevant experience working with CSS/Javascript/HTML, Angular, and React for frontend UI

Proven experience working with JAVA based microservice architecture and design

Proven experience working with 3rd party APIs to pull into data and information

Experience with docker containers and deploying services to an infrastructure

Working knowledge of code repository tools such as bitbucket

Experience with below test tools is a plus:Qtest, JIRA, Browserstack, readyAPI, Tosca

The ability to multitask and to quickly shift to different tasks as assignment priorities change from week to week.

Working within a cross functional team that develops and supports the tools used by various QE and Scrum teams related to functional automation testing, performance testing, and metrics/reporting.

Key Responsibilities

Work with Architects and other team leads to deliver Enterprise solutions

Be able to independently work on design, development and delivery of services and capabilities

follow the laid down standards and guidelines and where possible suggest improvements to deliver best quality solutions for our customers

have extensive knowledge of Java, J2ee, AWS cloud and other related technologies

Responsible for design, code, configuration, QA, and implementation of high-quality software solutions that are delivered on time and within budget.

Maintains the best practices needed to ensure on time, quality software solution deliverables.

Work with a distributed engineering team to foster a smooth development process among onsite and offshore team members.

Develop and review project estimates and assumptions during planning and at key project milestones. Validate the development approach and assumptions that underlie the project plans and work plans.

Participate in design, code, and QA walkthroughs and reviews

Stay abreast of the ever-changing technology industry to make sure solutions developed are following “best practices” and will meet the needs of the business going forward. Research and evaluate emerging technology solutions.

Communicate at the appropriate level within and outside of IT the technical direction and proposed solutions for various projects and initiatives.
