Job Summary:


We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Chartered Accountant who has successfully completed their CA final examination and possesses over three years of comprehensive experience in the field of accounts. The ideal candidate should have completed their mandatory article ship and be well-versed in all aspects of accounting, taxation, financial reporting, and compliance. The Senior Accountant will play a pivotal role in ensuring the financial health and regulatory compliance of the organization.


Key Responsibilities:

  1. Financial Reporting:
  • Prepare and analyse financial statements in compliance with accounting standards.
  • Provide accurate and timely financial information to support management decision-making.
  1. Taxation:
  • Ensure compliance with local tax regulations and prepare tax returns.
  • Provide guidance on tax planning and optimization strategies.
  1. Audit and Assurance:
  • Coordinate and manage the annual audit process.
  • Implement and maintain internal controls to ensure accurate financial reporting.
  1. Compliance:
  • Stay abreast of changes in accounting standards and regulatory requirements.
  • Ensure the organization's adherence to all relevant financial regulations.
  1. Budgeting and Forecasting:
  • Assist in the development of annual budgets and financial forecasts.
  • Monitor budgetary performance and provide variance analysis.
  1. Accounts Payable and Receivable:
  • Oversee the accounts payable and receivable functions.
  • Ensure timely and accurate processing of invoices and payments.
  1. Financial Analysis:
  • Conduct financial analysis to identify trends, variances, and opportunities for improvement.
  • Provide insights to support strategic financial decisions.
  1. Team Leadership:
  • Mentor and lead junior members of the finance and accounts team.
  • Foster a collaborative and high-performance work culture.

Qualifications and Experience:


  • Qualified Chartered Accountant with a minimum of three years of post-qualification experience.
  • Completion of mandatory article ship during the CA program.
  • In-depth knowledge of accounting principles, taxation, and financial reporting.
  • Experience in managing audits and liaising with external auditors.
  • Proficient in using accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
