This is a remote position.

We are seeking a skilled and motivated ColdEmail Marketing Specialist to join our marketing team. The idealcandidate will be responsible for developing and executing targetedcold email campaigns to generate leads drive engagement andultimately increase sales.

Responsibilities:

  • Developand implement cold email marketing strategies to reach and engageprospective clients and decisionmakers.
  • Research and identify targetaudience segments industries and verticals for cold emailoutreach.
  • Build and manage email listsusing CRM systems and email marketing automationplatforms.
  • Write compelling and personalizedcold email copy that resonates with target prospects and encouragesaction.
  • Create and test email subjectlines messaging and calltoaction (CTA) buttons to optimize openrates and responserates.
  • Monitor and analyze emailcampaign performance metrics including open rates clickthroughrates (CTR) and conversion rates and make datadriven decisions toimprove campaigneffectiveness.
  • Follow up with leads andprospects through multiple touchpoints to nurture relationships andmove them through the salesfunnel.
  • Collaborate with sales andmarketing teams to align cold email campaigns with overall businessgoals andobjectives.
  • Stay informed about industrytrends best practices and regulations related to cold emailmarketing and ensure compliance with relevant laws (e.g. CANSPAMAct).

Requirements
  • Bachelors degree in MarketingCommunications Business or related field.
  • Proven work experience in coldemail marketing with a strong portfolio showcasing successful coldemail campaigns and lead generationresults.
  • Proficiency in email marketingautomation platforms (e.g. Mailchimp HubSpot Outreach) and CRMsystems (e.g.Salesforce).
  • Excellent written communicationskills with the ability to craft personalized and persuasive emailcopy.
  • Strong analytical skills andexperience with email marketing analytics and reportingtools.
  • Resultsdriven mindset with afocus on achieving measurable outcomes andROI.
  • Ability to work independently andas part of a collaborative teamenvironment.
  • Strong organizational and timemanagement skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meetdeadlines.
