We are seeking ahighly skilled Architect with 8 to 12 years of experience to joinour team as a Business Associate. The ideal candidate will haveextensive expertise in System Architecture System Design andvarious ServiceNow modules including GRC HRSD ITAM ITOM ITSA ITSMand Strategic Portfolio Management.

This roleinvolves designing and implementing robust systems that align withour business goals and enhance operational efficiency.

Roles & Responsibilities :

• Lead the design and implementationof comprehensive system architectures that meet businessrequirements and industry standards.
• Overseethe development and integration of ServiceNow modules including GRCHRSD ITAM ITOM ITSA ITSM and Strategic PortfolioManagement.
• Provide technical guidance andsupport to the development team to ensure the successful deploymentof ServiceNow solutions.
• Collaborate withstakeholders to gather and analyze requirements translating theminto effective system designs.
• Ensure thescalability reliability and security of system architecturesthrough rigorous testing and validation processes.
• Develop and maintain documentation for system designsconfigurations and processes to ensure clarity andconsistency.
• Monitor system performance andimplement enhancements to optimize efficiency and user experience.Conduct regular reviews and audits of system architectures toidentify and address potential issues or areas for improvement.
• Facilitate training sessions and workshops toeducate team members and stakeholders on system functionalities andbest practices.
• Stay updated with the latestindustry trends and advancements in ServiceNow technologies todrive continuous improvement.
• Providestrategic insights and recommendations to enhance the overall ITinfrastructure and service delivery.
• Ensurecompliance with organizational policies and regulatory requirementsin all system design and implementation activities.
• Foster a collaborative and innovative environment todrive the successful execution of projects andinitiatives.
• Qualifications:
• Possess a strong background in System Architecture andSystem Design with a focus on ServiceNow modules.
• Demonstrate expertise in ServiceNow GRC HRSD ITAM ITOMITSA ITSM and Strategic Portfolio Management.
• Have excellent problemsolving skills and the ability tothink critically and strategically. Exhibit strong communicationand interpersonal skills
