To achieve zero failure at optimum cost in respective sub section of Frame plant to achieve Zero breakdown frequency & downtime by implementing Time base Maintenance (TBM), Condition based maintenance (CBM), Preventive maintenance, Predictive Maintenance of TPM methodology

A purpose driven role for you

1) To manage customer satisfaction (Production) by providing break down free machine in Frame Plant for smooth running of machines.
2) To optimize repair & maintenance (R & M) cost of Electrical & Electronic parts of respective section of engine plant as per the given targets.
3) To maintain spare parts inventory of Electrical & Electronic of respective line as per the given targets.
4) Responsible for the successfully & timely execution of MS Project for prevention approach before occurrence of failure on machine.
5) To adhere PM policy in respective lines of frame plant for special award.
6) To ensure sub- ordinates development for new challenges & to keep they upgrade.
7) To implement all safety related parameters to achieve zero injury target.

Academic Qualification & Experience

1) B.E / Diploma ( Electrical /Electronics)
2) At least 4~5 years’ experience of ROBOTIC , PLC & SPM controls.
3) Min 3 years in similar type of Industry

Technical Skills/Knowledge

1) MS word,
2) Power point
3) Excel
4) PLC systems
5) Presentation – Siemens, Mitsubishi,Alen bradley etc.
6) SAP PM Module
7) TPM PM Pillar module
